Policy
Fullfillment/Returns
If Unique Oils has made a mistake in filling your order please email or
phone us within 72 hours of signing for your order. Please provide us with
your name and address and invoice number, and we will gladly work with you
to fix the problem. We DO NOT accept any returned oils. Always, the best
thing to do when ordering from someone for the FIRST time is to order their
samples first, then you will never be in doubt.
We cannot re-sell oils and
also it is a health risk to try to sell it to another customer.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a
package that has external damages please refuse the package and fill out a
claim form with the carrier that delivered your package. We guarantee all
packages leave our business in excellent shape, if not the carrier wouldn’t
accept it from us. All Packages are inspected TWICE before being shipped!
Our responsibility ends once we turn over the package to the carrier (i.e.
USPS, UPS). We offer both insurance and non-insurance on all packages we
ship. If you do not opt for insurance, there isn’t really much we can do to
assist you.
Please be prepared to accept your package when it arrives. If the carrier is
unable to make delivery for any circumstances other than our error, you will
be responsible for notifying us within 3 days. If you do not notify us and
the package has to be re-shipped, you will be charged for freight again and
NO REFUND will be given.
Processing Orders
Please allow us 24-48 to process your orders. Huge orders may take a little
more time to process. If an item is out of stock, we will not charge you for
that item. If an item is on backorder, we will try to get that item in your
shipment as quickly as possible. If you find a mistake, please feel free to
email us at sales@uniqueoils.com. A phone call may take longer for us to
reply to your needs.
